Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering, we cannot accept responsibility for the inability to use any items correctly.
Bob Rigby Photographic do not sell or loan products on a trial basis.
RETURNS
Please note that this returns policy does not affect your statutory rights of cancellation subject to the return goods for refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to request a return and the item must then be returned within 14 days of you requesting to return it.
All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described on the website :
- Unless proven faulty, any goods must be returned to us at your expense and the initial delivery costs will not be refunded
- Goods must be returned to us well packaged and signed for delivery only, please supply us with the tracking number.
- It is advisable to put your address on the outside of the package in case of postal errors in transit.
- Until such time as you return the goods to us you must take reasonable care of the item(s).
- You must not have used any item(s) and they must be complete and in 'as new' saleable condition and be returned 'unused and undamaged'.
- If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging
- Any use of the product is relative to examining it, and ensuring it suits your needs. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
- A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of damage during inspection or you handling the goods more than was necessary.
- We may refuse the return of items without the original packaging or where it has been returned in poor condition.
- Any use of or damage to the delivered goods or product packaging beyond that necessary to inspect the goods upon delivery may result in you incurring a restocking charge to cover the loss that we might reasonably expect to incur in reselling the item(s).
- Once we have received and accepted the return, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
